Description: Poor customer service, poor product reliability, poor warranty repair - we have all experienced these and have the scars and war stories to prove it. A significant majority of problems are directly related to processes. Eighty-five percent (85%) of an organization's quality and efficiency problems are built into its systems. There are numerous companies, small and large, that have not even defined the processes to clearly understand how their company really operates.

Learn how to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs and nightmares and add value to a business through mapping processes. In the course participants will take away how to identify and eliminate non-value added work; define process flaws resulting in poor quality; define and develop simplified process workflow diagrams; start Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives; develop Lean office processes; and dramatically improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This course will help you eliminate waste and confusion on your projects. Proven working templates are utilized by participants to formulate project deliverables throughout the course.
