Building a plan and a schedule is a group technique that requires leadership skills and attention to the big picture as wells as the details. This hands-on course has participants develop a plan and set up a schedule using simplified techniques that do not require a software tool. Be ready to work when you sign up for this class!
This course will help you eliminate waste and confusion on your projects. Proven working templates are utilized by participants to formulate project deliverables throughout the course. The transferable techniques, skills and competencies developed in this workshop can be applied in manufacturing, technology, new product development, services sector, health and human services, and the municipality-public sectors.
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for this course. However, it is helpful to have taken an introductory project management course.
