A properly identified, planned, and controlled project is critical to business success. This course addresses the most difficult and critical part of a project - getting the project started correctly. Planning the project based on the scope provides the project team with defined objectives to achieve. Managing the scope and requirements to prevent "scope creep" and maintaining good project records ensures a well controlled project.
