Introduction to Email Marketing

To encourage customer loyalty and repeat business, email marketing is a form of direct marketing which uses electronic mail as a means of communicating commercial or fund-raising messages to an audience. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. It is an online marketing tool. Easy-to-use, low cost and effective, it enables dialogue with your customers in a personalized manner and involving relevant communication.  In this course, you will understand why your company should be using email marketing and ways to integrate email marketing into your campaign approach. You will gain the basic skills needed to work with email marketing including best practices and general email marketing guidelines and laws.
