What is QuickBooks?

QuickBooks is a Business accounting software developed by Intuit Inc. The software helps businesses manage their accounts, vendors list, payable, receivables, save time and make money. The software is designed specifically for small business owners to manage payroll, inventory, sales and other financial needs of a small business, such as, monitoring expenses, create invoices and reports, track change orders and job status, and manage inventory, customers, vendors and employees.

What is the minimum system requirement for installing QuickBooks software?

The minimum system configuration for installing QuickBooks is:

• 1.8 GHz processor
• 1 GB of disk space
• 256 MB of RAM for a single user
• 512 MB of RAM for multiple users.

Do each student have their own computer during the class?

Yes, each student get a computer to work on. Our classes are designed to be hands-on and very interactive. You will leave our class truly being able to utilize the skills learnt in our classes and feel comfortable going back to your home or work with these skills. For more information, click here.

What type of students take QuickBook classes?

Whether you are a beginner or a professional, NR Computer Learning Center has training available to cater to your needs. We cater to people looking to quickly build technical skills in a short time period, and those who wish to upgraded their technical skills to an intermediate or advanced level in a given topic. We also offer private lesson and corporate training.

Do I get a certificate when I complete the QuickBooks training at NR Computer Learning Center?

Upon completion of the training, you receive a Certificate of Completion Certificate from NR Computer Learning Center.

To get a certification in QuickBooks from Intuit Inc, you have to pass the QuickBooks Certified User Exam. The QuickBooks Certified User Certification is designed to certify that you have an excellent working knowledge of using QuickBooks software. The certification exam takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. The QuickBooks Certified User Program is aimed at individuals who are looking to advance their career with QuickBooks and bookkeeping knowledge. Is there a group or individual discount available?

Yes, we have group discount available. A group with 2 or more can receive a discount of up to 10% and a group of 4 or more can receive a discount of up to 20%.
