The Program is designed to teach students to create
web pages like a professional user. The students will learn to create
web pages with text and pictures and hyperlinks to other websites
and web pages, also learn to upload and manage the website on the
web server and gain basic knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language
(HTML), Dynamic HTML (DHTML) and JavaScript, organize Web content,
develop color schemes, add graphics links, frames, insert multi-media
elements, and more.
HTML ….. Students
will learn the principles for planning and designing attractive
and informative Web pages and Web sites, and to use HTML tags to
create web pages with title, text, images, lists, links, tables,
image maps and forms. The students will get an overview of HTML
Editors, issues related to storage space and how to register the
web page. The students will also learn to organize content of the
web page using tables, and developing feedback and confirmation
pages using HTML Language.
DHTML ….. Students will learn the principles for planning and designing

FrontPage …..The students will learn to use the basic features
of Microsoft FrontPage and FrontPage software to create WebPages,
define page layout by setting page properties, add hyperlinks to
other pages, websites e-mail link and bookmarks, present information
in lists and tables, use graphics and hotspot to enhance website
usability.
JavaScript ……. The students will learn the fundamental building
blocks of the core JavaScript programming language, its syntax and
how it relates to HTML; the students will become familiar with the
JavaScript Object Model and how JavaScript employs object-oriented
programming techniques for working with information on web pages,
learn the client-side JavaScript objects, methods and events to
create useful and interesting interfaces. JavaScript, along with
CSS and HTML is an integral part of Dynamic HTML. Use JavaScript
to create dynamic Web pages. JavaScript adds functionality to your
pages with only a small amount of coding experience or knowledge.
Cascade Style Sheets (CSS) …. Cascading Style Sheets are very powerful tool for
the Web site developer. The students will learn to use the Cascade
Style Sheet (CSS) to control the style and layout of multiple web
pages all at once.
