The instructor-led hands-on course provides the student with the knowledge and skills required to develop and manage a project plan using Microsoft Project. The course begins with the basic concepts of project management and leads students through all the functions they’ll need to plan and execute a project, including leveling resources, managing the cost and monitoring the schedule progress. The students will create a project plan with the task, resources, timeline, and cost estimation. The students will also learn how to modify calendar, develop and update a project plan, integrate & manage multiple projects and generate various management reports including Gantt chart, percentage completion chart, and resource utilization chart.

Knowledge of computer basic.

AUDIENCE
The training is appropriate for new project managers and project coordinators with less than 1-year experience managing Technology projects. This course is also suitable for anyone preparing for Microsoft Project Certification Exam.
